This training is for attorneys and paralegals who work in criminal law and serve clients who are low-income. You will learn or refresh your knowledge on how to anticipate and address possible legal issues related to a client’s eligibility for Social Security benefits. You will also learn how to help a client apply for benefits, reinstate benefits previously received, or appeal a notice sent by Social Security.
