Concept
This webinar will cover basic information on Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income programs and explore rules and regulations related to earning income while receiving these public benefits, such as Substantial Gainful Activity, subsidized and supportive employment, Trial Work Period, and Expedited Reinstatement. The webinar will provide citations to regulations, emergency messages, and/or POMS where applicable, and also offer practice tips for helping clients avoid problems such as overpayments, benefit cessation, and continuing disability reviews.
